Cross-country skiing and perfectly prepared cross-country ski trails in the Tyrolean Oberland

Cross-country ski trails rich in variety, from the high altitude trail on the mountain through to the Valley Trail right in front of the Hotel Truyenhof.

There are 120 km of cross-country ski trails in the network, taking you from Kaunertal through Pfunds to Nauders and into Engadin in Switzerland.
The romantic high-altitude cross-country ski trails such as the Tscheyloipe in Pfunds, the Hubertusloipe in the Kaunergrat Nature Park or the high-altitude trail in Langtaufers are especially charming.
The longest trail is the 25 km long “Engadiner Loipe” from Martinsbruck on the Swiss border through to Scuol in Engadin.

Tobogganing evenings for all the family

A fun, relaxing evening with good company.

A walk of about half an hour with burning torches takes you up to the Ried toboggan hut. Once there, you can warm up with a hot tea, Glühwein or schnapps and then the fun begins as you toboggan down the mountain. This also makes a great winter highlight for children and teenagers.

The frozen Ried bathing lake not far from our hotel gives you the opportunity of gliding effortlessly across the ice and enjoying wonderful views of the breathtaking mountain scenery of the Tyrolean Oberinntal region. There is also a Glühwein stand and skate hire available on site.
