Sauna area

For all adults and teenagers aged 14 and over, we have designed a wellness area where they can relax in peace and quiet, with no children playing or running around. Relax in the Schwitz Chalet, in the herbal sauna, the Finnish sauna, in the aromatherapy steam bath, on the infra-red lounger or in the relaxation areas specifically designated ‘for adults only’. Massage rooms and a beauty & cosmetic salon along with a fitness room are also among the popular rooms available.

Aromatherapy steam bath

At between 42 and 45 °C this steam bath provides the optimum care for your skin and hair, your respiratory organs and assists with detoxing. The mild radiant heat combined with steam creates a unique health and bathing experience. A variety of aromas help you forget about the stresses and woes of the daily grind and lead to complete relaxation.

Swiss stone pine herbal sauna

Relax in our herbal sauna, clad in Swiss pine wood, coupled with herbal aromas which change on a daily basis. Escape daily life and head into a genuinely natural experience in our hotel with sauna facilities.

Finnish indoor & outdoor sauna

Enter this unique, rustic sauna experience in our Schwitz Chalet. Be pampered by the traditional ambience and the aroma of natural mountain wood, along with our very special aromatherapy infusions. Perspire in the Finnish sauna at around 90 °C.

Ice grotto

Cool off in our ice grotto after a session in the sauna. A rub down with fresh ice gets your circulation and blood flow moving.

Family sauna

As a family hotel, we have of course also set up an extra sauna for families.
In the popular textile sauna, which is located directly next to the pool, all the family can enjoy a sauna session together. This means children also get to experience just how lovely and relaxing the warmth in a sauna is. After all, children adore relaxing and unwinding after an action-packed day too. As a special highlight, the family sauna provides a wonderful panoramic view to the Tyrol Alps.
